Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Cindra ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Cindra. Cindra is not directed to children under 13, and children under 13 may not create accounts or submit personal information. By continuing, you confirm that you are at least 13 and can agree to these Terms.
Description of service
Cindra is a personal life dashboard application available on the web and as mobile apps (iOS and Android). It allows users to organize agenda, tasks, objectives, finance, learning, and related board content. The Service includes AI-powered features for parsing natural language input, organizing content, and companion chat.

Subscription and billing
Cindra offers a monthly Premium subscription on the web and through the iOS and Android apps. Web payments are processed securely by Stripe. Mobile in-app purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Billing, with RevenueCat used to manage entitlements and subscription events.
Before you subscribe, the applicable checkout (Stripe on the web, or the App Store / Google Play purchase sheet on mobile) shows the price, billing frequency, renewal terms, cancellation method, and any taxes available at purchase.
Trial and app-use days: Every account receives 7 app-use days when the account is created. This is an app access trial, not a free trial managed by Stripe or the app stores. Starting a paid subscription begins monthly paid access immediately.
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew on the applicable billing period unless canceled before the renewal date. Web renewals are processed through Stripe. Mobile renewals are processed by Apple or Google according to the store subscription settings.
Price changes: We will give legally required notice before pricing changes take effect.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancel anytime: You may cancel a web subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal in Cindra billing/settings. You may cancel a mobile subscription through the App Store or Google Play subscription management for that store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period unless the store or applicable law provides otherwise.
No refunds: Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or by the refund policy of Stripe, Apple, or Google for the channel you used. Access remains active until the end of the paid period after cancellation, unless a refund is granted under store or legal rules.
Account deletion
You can delete your account in settings. If you have an active renewing subscription, Cindra blocks deletion until cancellation is scheduled or the subscription is inactive so you are not charged again. Mobile subscriptions billed by Apple or Google must also be canceled in the corresponding store. Account deletion immediately removes app account and dashboard data from the live app database, while limited billing, tax, security, and legal records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems
- Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Service by automated means
- Submit personal information for a child under 13 or misrepresent your eligibility
AI feature disclaimers
The brain dump, finance, learning, and Ember chat AI features process your input to create structured items or responses. AI-generated results may be incorrect, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. Cindra does not provide financial, legal, medical, tax, investment, or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing AI-parsed content before saving or relying on it. On Android, the optional bank auto-import feature reads transaction notifications from apps you approve to suggest finance entries; it does not connect to your bank, may misread amounts or merchants, and only saves entries you confirm.
Limitation of liability
Cindra is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, except where mandatory consumer-protection, privacy, or subscription laws in your location require otherwise. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of São Paulo, SP, Brazil, unless applicable law gives you a non-waivable right to bring a claim elsewhere.
