Refund Policy
Plain summary
Cindra Premium is a monthly subscription. Because every new account starts with 7 app-use days before any charge, you can try Cindra fully before paying. Past the trial, monthly charges are non-refundable except where consumer-protection laws require otherwise.
Try before you pay
Every account gets 7 app-use days of full Premium access at signup. No card is required to start. You can leave the account at any time during the trial and you will not be charged.
Monthly subscriptions
Cindra Premium renews monthly until canceled. The charge covers the upcoming month of access. We do not pro-rate cancellations: if you cancel mid-cycle, you keep Premium access until the end of the current paid period and are not charged for the next one.
Web subscriptions (Stripe)
Web subscriptions are billed by Stripe. You can cancel at any time in the Stripe billing portal linked from your account page. Past charges are non-refundable except where required by law — for example, under the Brazilian Code of Consumer Defense (CDC) you may have a 7-day right of regret for distance contracts; reach out within that window and we will refund the most recent charge.
Where we will issue a refund
- You exercised a statutory right of regret within the legal window (e.g., 7 days under CDC in Brazil for distance contracts).
- We charged you in error (duplicate charge, charge after a confirmed cancellation, or charge on the wrong account).
How to request a refund
Email us with your account email and the date of the charge. We aim to respond within 3 business days and, when approved, refunds reach your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or store.
